The EGO Power+ CS1800E cordless chain saw has an industry-leading chain speed of 20 m/s, which provides all the power and torque you need to quickly cut through thick branches and larger logs up to 45cm (17.5ins) in width.
Fitted with an automatic chain tensioning system, the fuss and worry about self-tension is removed, and taken care with a spring system which is activated by simply turning the handle 90 degrees. Additional safety measures are in place with the chain brake, designed to stop any kickback which may occur during cutting by stopping the motor in a fraction of a second.
Other helpful features of the CS1800E cordless chainsaw include LED headlights which help to aid your field of vision when working in fading light or shady areas, bumper spikes to assist in felling trees and cutting larger branches, and a 200ml oil reservoir with auto-lubrication to keep the chain running smoothly.
